These homes have been updated since their original construction, some with added porches or decks. While we have carport space available, our maintenance team offers special Snow Care Service – say goodbye to early mornings scraping icy windshields & shoveling drifts, and spend more time with a cup of coffee while you enjoy the beautiful Maine winter from the warmth of your home.

Each cluster of cottages is a community of its own, with friendly neighbors and annual block parties, cozied up against our private, wooded setting. Each resident in our Phase I Cottages enjoy all the same amenities as Lodge residents – a full activities calendar, maintenance inside and outside of the cottage, monthly housekeeping, an optional meal in our dining room, concierge services, and more.
