Whipple Farm is the newest cottage neighborhood on the OceanView campus with 42 custom-designed homes, now in its final phase of development.

Ocean View offers 36 apartments in the beautifully renovated Main Lodge and 20 apartments in the newly added Hilltop Lodge. These two attached 3-story buildings house many of our program areas, Main Dining Room, Library, Fitness Studio and other amenities and function rooms.

Falmouth House, our Assisted Living residence, completes our continuum of care with 38 private apartments and three levels of care. An expansion, including a brand new, memory-care addition, is slated for 2012.
