Hilltop Lodge now complete!

OceanView at Falmouth, a full-service retirement community and the first in Maine to offer a continuum of care, has completed Hilltop Lodge as part of its $8 million renovation and expansion.

Featuring twenty luxurious, state-of-the-art apartments, Hilltop Lodge offers large, luxury apartments with 800 to 1,600 square feet of living space.

Hilltop Lodge also includes a large new community room, a fitness studio, billiards room and underground parking

Improvements to the Main Lodge are underway and include major interior design renovation, new HVAC systems, new entranceway, expanded and redesigned dining room, reception area, kitchen, living room, craft room and additional offices. Three new apartments will also be added to the Main Lodge.
