The Main Lodge
The beautifully renovated Main Lodge offers 36 one and two-bedroom independent apartments. Enjoy the combination of convenience, comfort and security, along with one delicious meal each day in our gracious Main Dining Room. Each of our apartments also includes once-monthly housekeeping as well maintenance inside your apartment – our maintenance team is just a phone call away, and they are more than happy to change a light bulb, move heavy furniture or fix a leaky faucet – all at no cost to you.

Along with Hilltop Lodge, the Main Lodge is the activity hub of the OceanView community and the site of our Library overlooking Casco Bay and the Presumpscot River Estuary, our Active spaces and The Gazebo Grille.
