There are lifestyle habits which may help to keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline. The Alzheimer’s Association® is collaborating with OceanView at Falmouth to offer this program presented by Peter Baker, Program Director. He will discuss what they know from current research, as well as steps to take now to improve or maintain overall health in cognitive activity, physical health and exercise, diet and nutrition, and social engagement.

Refreshments and tours of Falmouth House Assisted Living and Legacy Memory Care will follow the presentation.
