Main Lodge

The beautifully renovated Main Lodge offers 49 one and two bedroom independent apartments. Enjoy the combination of convenience, comfort and security, along with one delicious meal each day in our gracious Main Dining Room.

The activity hub of the OceanView community, the Main Lodge is also the site of our Library overlooking Casco Bay and the Presumpscot River Estuary, our Activity Room, Media Room, and Garden Room where we serve a complimentary continental breakfast!

Hilltop Lodge

Connected to the Main Lodge, allowing convenient Indoor access to both buildings, is a new 20-apartment addition built in 2004 called Hilltop Lodge. If you're looking for the perfect combination of a carefree, stimulating lifestyle and a residence with lots of personal space, then Hilltop Lodge is the place for you!

In addition to spacious apartments with fully applianced designer kitchens, washer/dryers, and central air-conditioning, Hilltop Lodge also houses our state-of-the-art Fitness Studio, Billiards Room, Community Room and OceanView Movie Theatre! An underground parking garage is also available, and the daily meal is optional.
