Phases I, II and III of OceanView's existing cottages include 67 residences with a variety of well-designed one and two bedroom floor plans. These range in size and layout and many include breakfast nooks, sunrooms, screened-in porches, and heated garages.

Each cluster of cottages along Blueberry Lane is a small, close-knit neighborhood nestled against a lovely, private, wooded backdrop.
